get involved > 3 ways you can give

When Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35), he revealed one of life's greatest secrets to finding joy in life.

Giving that flows out of a heart of love for God takes different forms: giving of our treasures (finances, annuities, etc.), time (volunteering) and talents (occupation, skills). GBIM recognizes and esteems the value of each.

Below are listed giving opportunities through GBIM in each of these three areas. May the blessing of giving be yours.

Treasures
From Old Testament time, when the Children of Israel were nomads in the desert, to the present, the work of God has always been financed by God's abundant blessing expressed through the generosity of His people.

GBIM has many exciting opportunities for believers who are looking to make a financial investment that will impact people for eternity.

This past year the generosity of God's people has enabled GBIM to provide relief to tsunami victims in India and Thailand, put Bibles in the hands of Africans, jump-start the True Love Waits program in Africa, and the list goes on and on.

Find out more by visiting GBIM's Give page, or contact Ted Rondeau , Chief Development Officer of Stewardship Ministries.

Time
GBIM need volunteers willing to help in a variety of ways:

  • receptionist ~ must live near GBIM headquarters in Winona Lake, Indiana, USA
  • mail room helpers to assist at times for special mailings
  • driver to be available for airport runs from Winona Lake, IN to Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN

Talents
GBIM would like to have a rich supply of news gatherers, people with computer skills, graphic designers, photographers, to help in various ways from time to time.

Call or write Ted Rondeau if you would be interested in giving of your talents as special needs arise.
