STEP #1: Talk to your pastor and missions commission if your church has one. Their participation in sending you off will be critical.

STEP #2: Download and read GO Team Guidelines. If you are in are agreement with these guidelines, download, fill out, sign and mail the GO Team application to:

Important: Your application must be accompanied by a copy of your passport (picture/signature page) and a $25 non refundable deposit, which will be applied to your support.

STEP #3: Download the (1) church reference and (2) personal references and distribute to the people who will complete them on your behalf. Applications will be approved once the one church reference and (2) personal references are received. (See instructions on second page of application.)
