Cris and Marites had been ministering in another region of the Philippines but moved back to Pamplona, Bicol in 2003. It was Marites' prayer to see God change her Mother's hardened heart. Marites experiences great joy as she and her Mother work together in ministry on Sundays.
The Mother stated that it is a great blessing to see in Cris and Marites a real relationship with Christ that isn't just words on Sunday and a worldly life the rest of the week.
Please pray for wisdom for Cris and Marites as they minister in the church in Bicol. Cris was the Philippine representative to Charis meetings two years ago.
Pray that God will direct the international CHARIS leadership team as they prepare for the next encounter which will consider the progress made over the last two years in embracing the CHARIS Commitment to Common Mission. Meetings will be held at the Chateau de St. Albain, France, September 12-16.
